Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating detailed estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document damage, determine necessary parts, and align with the team to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes communication, insurance program knowledge, and participation in daily team activities, with opportunities for training and growth within a long-standing industry leader.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DRP processes and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; repair knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to navigate repair documentation and insurance communications.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and repair planning.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values.
