Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role focuses on clear communication, documenting progress, and aligning with team KPIs.

You will work with the Management Team in daily production walks, ensure insurance compliance, and support ongoing training. A strong customer-service mindset and basic IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
