Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide exceptional customer service while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW standards.

Responsibilities include daily production walks, team support, KPI maintenance, and upholding core values of honesty, integrity and respect.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and attend required meetings.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Maintain store KPIs through performance.
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
