Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and creating repair estimates. You will coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies, ensuring clear communication and adherence to KPIs.

This role emphasizes teamwork, production walks, and compliance with WOW standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, and a willingness to complete

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and support daily operations.
• Participate in production walks with management and safety meetings.
