• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely information
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company processes
• Participate in team meetings and production walks; support colleagues as needed
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values
