Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates and coordinating needs with customers and insurance companies. The role emphasizes accurate damage assessment, documenting repairs, and aligning with team KPIs to ensure top-tier outcomes.

The position requires knowledge of DRP processes, a high school diploma, and a willingness to pursue I-CAR training, plus a valid driver’s license to support shop operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and DRP procedures.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• 1+ year DRP experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with team members.
• Uphold WOW Operating Way standards in customer drop-offs and delivery.
