Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

The Estimator documents repair needs, prepares damage appraisals, and collaborates with the team to meet facility KPIs while upholding high service standards.

Competenze

• Experience in collision repair or insurance claims is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; I-CAR training encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and internal processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
