Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The position requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training readiness, plus a high school diploma and a valid license. Come join a team with a strong safety and training culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend trainings and information sessions.
