Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver outstanding customer experiences while creating accurate repair estimates. You will coordinate with customers and insurers, document communications, and ensure alignment with KPIs across the team.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP compliance, plus a high school diploma and I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is also required for site-based work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to locate answers and resources quickly.
• Basic computer skills for quoting and records.
• Compliance with DRP processes and insurance requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in repairs or estimating.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Create damage estimates and coordinate repair needs for customers and insurers.
• Document interactions and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Ensure accuracy of damage appraisals and parts replacement documentation.
• Communicate with team members to meet KPIs and insurance requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks and training sessions as needed.
