Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri (River View Township) is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will document every customer interaction, guide customers through the repair journey, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
• Awareness of where to find answers and reference guidelines.
• Compliance with DRP processes and procedures.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information to customers and insurers during repair.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate needs to team.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW operating practices.
