Gerber Collision & Glass in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with Insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will assess damage, document repairs, and collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and WOW standards. A High School diploma is required, and you must be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Mansioni

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Coordinate with WOW Operating Way on customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings
• Attend training sessions suggested by Store Manager
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance
• Uphold the company values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect
