Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates. You will coordinate repairs, inform customers and insurers, and document all interactions to support KPI targets.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and a minimum of 1 year of experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions.
• Provide accurate, timely repair process information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Follow WOW Operating Way for customer drop-offs and planning.
• Communicate requests to team members.
• Maintain KPI performance.
• Participate in daily production walks.
• Support team and attend safety meetings.
• Uphold core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
