Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. The role requires strong communication with customers, insurers, and the repair team, plus adherence to DRP guidance and WOW procedures.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of DRP experience, with willingness to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP processes with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and update records.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members and attend training sessions as needed.

Skills
