Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers, insurers, and the repair team to ensure KPIs are met and a smooth repair journey.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
• Ability to follow DRP processes and insurance requirements
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and maintain licensure

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and update records
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way procedures
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and participate in daily production walks
• Support team members and participate in health, safety, and staff meetings as needed

Skills
