The role requires knowledge of repair and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $77,000 per year, with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with accuracy.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members and attend health & safety meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as directed.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
