Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Estero, FL is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating and coordinating repair estimates. You will document vehicle damage, parts replacements, and liaise with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. DRP awareness and I-CAR training willingness are also expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP procedures.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions and repair details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members and attend required trainings.
