Qualifications

• 2+ years DRP estimating experience required.
• 2+ years CCC1/Mitchell experience preferred.
• 2+ years accounts receivable/payable experience preferred.
• 4+ years of customer service excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and create accurate vehicle damage estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the process.
• Document interactions, provide timely information, and ensure accurate updates.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings as required.
