Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass - Waxahachie, TX is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with customers, insurers, and team members throughout the repair process.

The role requires DRP estimating experience (2+ years), CCC1/Mitchell proficiency, AR/AP familiarity, and a strong history of customer service. Collaboration with management and adherence to insurance programs are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years DRP estimating experience.
• 2+ years CCC1/Mitchell experience.
• 2+ years AR/AP experience preferred.
• 4+ years customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and keep records up to date.
• Guide customers through the repair process and insurance coordination to ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, processes and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and assist team as needed.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and provide positive customer greetings.
• Participate in Health & Safety meetings and required trainings.
