Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years CCC or Mitchell experience preferred.
• 1+ year Accounts Receivable/Payables experience preferred.
• 4+ years of customer service excellence required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurance companies.
• Document vehicle damage and parts replacement accurately in the appraisal.
• Collaborate with production team to meet KPIs and repair timelines.
• Adhere to DRP program requirements and company standards.
