Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Abilene, TX seeks an Estimator with 2+ years DRP estimating and CCC1/Mitchell experience. Qualifications

• DRP estimating experience required.
• CCC1 and Mitchell experience preferred.
• AR/AP experience preferred.
• Customer service excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers cheerfully in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
