Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Temple, TX seeks an Estimator to deliver accurate estimates and coordinate repair needs with customers and insurers. You will document damage, communicate options, and support the repair team to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, familiarity with insurance processes, and adherence to OE guidelines. A valid driver’s license and at least 1 year in a similar role are preferred. Training opportunities and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions and repair details.
• Provide customers with accurate repair estimates and guide them through the process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend trainings and workshops and support teammates as needed.
