Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, procedures and DRP requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks and team communications.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
