Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Abilene, TX is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with insurance companies.

The role requires 2+ years of DRP estimating, CCC1/Mitchell familiarity, and strong communication. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are expected, with I-CAR training a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving.
• Awareness of DRP processes.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
