Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will collaborate with the management team in daily production walks, maintain KPIs, and ensure adherence to WOW Operating Way standards. A high school diploma and DRP experience are required, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and internal processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and participate in production walks and safety meetings.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values: honesty, integrity & respect.
