Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator at our Lubbock location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience by creating precise estimates, coordinating repair needs, and maintaining transparent communication with customers and Insurance providers throughout the process.

Qualified candidates bring DRP estimating experience, CCC1 or Mitchell familiarity, and a strong commitment to high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of collision DRP estimating experience.
• CCC1 or Mitchell experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with timely information guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and attend required trainings.
