Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Lubbock, TX, is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while preparing vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance companies. You will document, communicate, and update customers and adjusters throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have DRP estimating experience, CCC1/Mitchell know-how, AR/AP familiarity, and a solid customer-service background.

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum Collision DRP estimating experience.
• 2+ years CCC1 / Mitchell experience.
• 2+ years Accounts Receivable/Payables experience preferred.
• 4+ years customer service excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
