Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our team in Hampstead, NC. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinate with technicians, and manage the claim through delivery of the repaired vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have experience with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred), strong communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a seamless repair experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers from drop-off through delivery of the repaired vehicle.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners per manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to manage customer claims for best experience.
• Maintain communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
