Job summary

Classic Collision in Monroe, NC is hiring a Collision Estimator to manage the repair process from drop-off to delivery. The role involves preparing estimates for customers and insurers and coordinating with insurance companies to optimize the customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have CCC1 estimating familiarity, I-CAR/ASE certifications preferred, and strong communication skills. The position offers a commission-based pay structure and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding

Qualifications

• Experience with auto body estimating.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and insurers.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurers per manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Coordinates with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains communication with customers with timely updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages and ensure quality inspection prior to delivery.
