Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our team in North Carolina. You will serve as the primary contact for customers through the repair process, prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, and coordinate with technicians and insurers to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, via phone and in person.
• Experience with auto body estimating is a plus.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
