Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to manage the repair process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, work with insurance companies, and ensure transparent communication and high satisfaction throughout the repair lifecycle.

The role requires valid driver’s license, basic writing and spoken communication skills, and prior estimating experience. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to provide clear communication in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customer’s claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
