Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating the repair process with customers and insurance companies.

You will document all interactions, communicate timelines clearly, and collaborate with the team to meet KPI targets while upholding WOW standards. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DRP processes and OE guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and coordinate repair needs.
• Create accurate damage appraisals and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Document interactions and keep all stakeholders updated on repair progress.
• Participate in safety and team meetings as required.
