Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to drive customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, detailing required repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. You will work with the team to meet KPIs and ensure smooth, transparent communication.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training readiness, with a valid driver’s license and strong data documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information to guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
