Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes accurate damage appraisal, clear communication with customers and team members, and adherence to company policies to help achieve KPIs in a fast-paced collision center environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions with details in a timely, accurate way.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and support the team as needed.
