Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with insurance providers and customers. The role emphasizes teamwork, KPI-driven performance, and adherence to WOW Operating Ways.

The candidate should have DRP experience, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and by phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required.
• Duties may change with or without notice.
