Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and documenting repairs. You will coordinate repair needs, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license and DRP compliance are also essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance clients, DRP processes, and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Assist team members and attend required training sessions.
