Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer service while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs, parts, and communications with customers and insurers. The role focuses on providing timely information, documentation, and alignment with team KPIs.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1 year of estimator-related experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an estimator role or similar.
• Must be willing to obtain I-CAR training and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance programs, processes and DRP requirements.
• Communicate requests and needs to appropriate team members and participate in daily production walks.
• Support team members and participate in health & safety meetings as required.
