Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance experience helpful.
• Ability to locate information quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
