Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while producing accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The role supports the repair process, ensuring clear communication and adherence to program requirements.

The estimator will document all interactions, collaborate with the team during daily production walks, and participate in ongoing training and safety sessions to drive KPIs and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Basic computer skills and awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s – minimum 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information through repair process and insurance communications.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Coordinate daily production walks with Management and support team as needed.
• Assist team members and participate in health & safety meetings.
