Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. The role requires understanding OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and strong communication to align with team KPIs.

You will participate in daily production walks, support team members, and attend training sessions as recommended by management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and keep records up to date.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process for excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and maintain positive customer relations.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and support team members as needed.
• Attend trainings and workshops recommended by Store Manager.

Skills
