Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with customers, insurers, and team members.

The role emphasizes documenting customer interactions, guiding clients through the repair process, and ensuring compliance with DRP and insurance requirements while contributing to KPIs and overall service excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and timely
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Coordinate with team for repair planning and communication
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required
