Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating vehicle repair needs and insurance communications. You will accurately assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and the ability to follow insurance processes. A valid driver's license is essential, with benefits supporting a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver27s license.

Responsabilités

• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Be positive when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
