Zusammenfassung

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver outstanding customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all customer interactions, communicate with insurance providers, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of DRP experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills required.
• DRP compliance experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training and hold a valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely, accurate information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Coordinate repair planning, communication, and delivery with customers and team members.
• Attend daily production walks and participate in monthly health & safety meetings.
• Support team members and contribute to KPI achievement.
