Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

The Estimator documents damages, determines needed repairs and parts, and works with team members to achieve KPIs. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a commitment to quality repair outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Participate in production walks with management and support the team.
