Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will work with the repair team to meet KPIs and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, basic computer skills, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. Valid driver’s license is required, with opportunities for growth in a busy collision and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Coordinate with team on repair planning and communication.
• Relay customer requests to the right team members.
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team and attend health, safety or staff meetings as needed.
