Qualifications
- Customer service expertise in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with insurance processes and partners preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on repair process, insurance, and rights.
- Complete initial and full estimates after damage evaluation.
- Manage each repair and ensure quality standards.
- Keep customers informed on vehicle status for best experience.
- Review data with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning.
- Pre-close the final repair order and handle paperwork.
