Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in auto body estimation or DRP processes preferred.
• Familiarity with OE guidelines and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Document and update each customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Maintain store KPIs and support team members.
• Attend safety meetings and training as required.
