Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance providers throughout the process.

You will work closely with a team to meet KPIs, gain I-CAR and DRP experience, and grow with a respected leader in collision and glass services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team
• Support team members as needed
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required
• Attend training and workshops as recommended by Store Manager

Skills

Repair knowledge

Valid Driver's License

DRP compliance (1+ year)
