Job summary

Crash Champions seeks a detail-focused service specialist to educate customers on the repair process and insurance steps. You will prepare and lock estimates, guide repairs, and ensure QC to uphold Crash Champions’ quality standards.

You’ll keep customers informed throughout the process, coordinate with Body Technicians, and handle final paperwork to ensure a smooth experience. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong organization and multitasking.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards with QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and file exceptions.
