Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring an Estimator to guide customers through the repair journey, prepare and finalize vehicle repair estimates, and oversee the process to ensure top quality and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with insurers, review data with technicians, and manage paperwork from intake to final disposition. This full-time role requires strong communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers through the repair process.
• Good time management and ability to adapt to a fast-paced shop.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process QC to meet standards.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide a superior experience.
• Review data procedures with body technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements.
