Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated estimator to educate customers on the collision repair process and insurance steps. You will handle initial, post-disassembly, and final estimates while guiding the vehicle through the repair lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating with Body Technicians, performing in-process QC, and keeping customers informed of progress and milestones. Experience with CCC One or similar estimating systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating vehicle repairs and handling insurance procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple repair cases with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, rights, and value.
• Complete initial and final repair estimates after evaluation.
• Oversee each repair and perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and milestones.
• Review data with Body Technicians and ensure post-scanning is completed.
